We used NOLA Black Car service for transportation for 10 people from the cruise ship terminal to the airport. Communication and customer service with the company was excellent from start to finish. Our driver, Clark, was personable and professional. Disembarkation from the cruise ship was delayed about an hour. Clark checked in via phone calls and text messages on our status and assured us that we had plenty of time to make our flight.
